MID AMERCA TRIALS TEAM May 14th - 15th will be the "Fun in the Sun" May 2-day. Saturday is a fun day with the actual Trials being on Sunday. Start time is 11 a.m. Details below: "May 2-Day - please note on your calendars that the May 2-Day is coming up (May 14 and 15). On Saturday, the infamous Golf Cart Trials will commence at 3:00 at the Bill Carver Pavilion. For dinner, in lieu of the annual fish fry, there will be a BBQ at Carpenters Corner. On the menu its Brisket, Pork Butt and Ribs smoked to the finest perfection with a hint of apple by our resident smoker, Scott Carpenter. Featuring the newly found apple liqueur baked beans recipe that will melt in your mouth. Dinner will be at 7:00 - bring a side dish, your lawn chairs and your favorite beverage." BEWARE! There is a new little rug rat that's going to be running around. Parker Ryan Hopkins (8 lbs, 9 oz) was born 4-14-11. Congrats to Matt, Kristy and the entire Hopkins Family.
